Fear of being fat

what do you do if you constantly fear that you'll be fat?

I get asked this question very often. And what I found is that the more you fear weight gain, the more you draw that to you. Have you ever heard of the law of  attraction? Often times we attract the things that we dwell on most. The more you think about how big your thighs are or how many calories this chocolate bar you're eating has, the more likely you're going to eat more, dwell on it more, and subsequently, gain weight.

So what does EMB prescribe? Well, just embrace your body. I know it sounds simple. I know it sounds a little crazy. And I know it's exactly the opposite of what you feel like doing. But it's the healthy way out. Hundreds of studies have shown that people who diet or worry about their weight tend to struggle with their weight. But those people embrace their bodies don't.

You should ask yourself this: what would I do if I had the body I really want? What would I do if I just embraced the body I have now.

Then list of all the things you would do if you were only thinner or if only you could control your diet. And then go out and do those things.   I know it's scary because you think that first you have to have the body of your dreams to in order to live life. But in reality when we live life the way were meant to, we will gain the body of our dreams.
